Krishna Sudheendra is UST Global's Chief Executive Officer and a recognized leader in Technology and services industry. Prior to being appointed CEO, Krishna served as President and CFO and was responsible for driving industry-leading growth for the company.

Sudheendra has more than 25+ years leading high-growth organizations. He has excelled in growing organizations to scale, creating significant shareholder value balancing growth, profitability and investments while implementing strong governance and transparent reporting. He led several transformative deals, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He focusses on building agile organizations with speed leveraging global talent while constantly improving performance and productivity.

In 2011, Krishna was nominated by the Orange County Business Journal as CFO of the Year for his contribution to the company.

Krishna began his career at Ernst & Young and had successful stints at General Electric and First Apex. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
